You are not required to establish an account with, purchase anything from, or provide any information to Factor Source for any reason to use this web site. If you would like to take advantage of the products or services available to you through FactorSource.com, you will be required to provide us with certain information so that we can assist you in that process. Purchases and Services
If you purchase a product from or utilize a service provided by us, we may ask you to set up a MyFactorSource® account and we will request certain Customer Identifiable Information from you during the process. You will be asked to provide contact information (such as business name, contact name, phone number, e-mail, and mailing address) and, perhaps, other Customer specific information (such as federal tax ID) in order to set up your MyFactorSource® account or to fulfill a purchase or utilize a service offered by or through Factor Source.

Federal Tax ID Numbers
We use your federal tax ID number to create a MyFactorSource® account for Security Purposes Only. This information will be kept confidential by Factor Source and will help us to better maintain the security of your account.
Surveys and Customer Feedback Opportunities
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys to assist us in evaluating our level of customer service to you. If you participate, we will request certain identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information, or participate at all. We will be happy to remove you from our mailings.
Informational E-Mails
We periodically send informational and/or non-promotional e-mail to our Customers and others to update Customer information, communicate new or existing product or services updates, and to communicate other information. You may opt-out of these e-mail communications, which are informational and/or promotional in nature, by e-mailing us at Promos@FactorSource.com and simply put Unsubscribe – E-mail in the subject line of the e-mail. We will be happy to remove you from our mailings.
Service-Related Information
As a Customer of Factor Source, we will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our web site is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an e-mail. You may not opt-out of these communications, which are informational in nature.

Site Usage Profile
